Team Crow Wood

Crow Wood Equestrian has been an industry leading equestrian centre since 2003. We pride ourselves on having experienced, hardworking approachable staff and feel that this is the reason why we can offer a Five Star Service. Crow Wood is very well supported by a competent and relaxed team who ensure the very best in horse care.

Wayne Marsland

Wayne is part of the furniture here at Crow Wood Equestrian. He has been with us for over 16 years and has seen the place grow from strength to strength over the years especially with the new introduction of the Water Treadmill. Wayne has worked with horses since leaving school, he was head groom at HAPPA, yard manager for a young event rider for numerous years before moving to Crow Wood. Wayne has also competed Dressage, Cross Country and Showing, producing horses to HOYS and RIHS.

Emma Anderson

Emma has been a member of the Crow Wood team for 4 years and has been head girl for 2 years. Emma has worked with horses since leaving school at 16 years old. Now with over 30 years’ experience at working in hunt yards, competition yards, rescue centres, riding schools and livery yards, emma makes sure the day to day care of all our horses is 5 star!

Jessica Dunn

Jessica Dunn is Crow Wood Equestrian’s onsite Dressage Rider and Trainer. Jess has had a successful career, starting with winning team gold and individual Bronze medals at the 2009 Youth Olympic Games. Jess’s senior career has followed on the same successful path. With numerous Regional and National titles including top final placings in the Young Horse classes with the Keenan family’s Fyona and Helga, Jess has returned to International competition with a bang, recently winning the FEI PSG at Hartpury CDI 3*. Jess is available for lessons for both external clients and liveries. Liveries can reap the benefits of having heavily discounted training by Jess.

Victoria Fisher

Victoria is the newest member of the Crow Wood Equestrian team. Since staring in 2017 Victoria heads up all things Marketing and Events for the Centre. Victoria joined the team with a knowledge of horses and in particular Dressage. Victoria has been trained by Jessica Dunn since 2014 on her own mare Lady G. They had great success in their first year of competition qualifying for the Le Miuex National Championships and the Hickstead Young Horse Championships. Alongside the Marketing and Events at Crow Wood, Victoria also rides for Jessica Dunn, assisting with daily exercising and competing.

Anthony Bagot

Anthony Bagot is our onsite grounds manager. Anthony looks after all things field maintenance and yard improvements, he has headed up recent developments including the new hydrotherapy building. Our fields would not look as good as they do without Anthony’s keen eye for ground care, ensuring all fields are level ready for the winter months.
